When applying for a property we are obliged to credit search either the proposed tenant or a guarantor willing to be searched on behalf of the proposed tenant. There is a non-refundable charge of £150.00 this is to cover the processing of applications. This must be paid upon submission of a credit search application.
When an application is successful a date will be set for the tenant to take possession of the property.
A deposit equal to one months rent will be required. This deposit will be held in the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) until the end of the tenancy. Rent is due monthly in advance starting on the day the tenancy commences.
Upon the signing of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and due payment being made the keys will be handed to you along with a copy of an inventory energy performance certificate and gas safety certificate.
Tenants are responsible for all services to the property gas electricity water rates and council tax payments unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
